We want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we include a guaranteed Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms.
- The product(s) MUST be returned unused, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
- All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
- Return items must be returned and in our possession within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered.
- It is up to the customer to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, in order for us to complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
- If your purchased product on our website is not to your satisfaction it can be returned to one of our Retail stores for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.
- We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return.
- No Refunds on Sale Items will be entertained.
We will exchange or refund a product provided that:
- There is valid proof of purchase, i.e. web invoice and cleared payment;
- It is within 14 days from the original received date;
- It is in its original packaging or condition, the product is undamaged, unscratched, unworn and unused.
- The product was returned to one of our retail stores at the customer's own expense.
- All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original packaging type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.
- No refunds, repairs or exchanges will be given on purchases if the products were misused or damaged intentionally.
